II. The data will be also deleted when the user deletes their account, or no longer has an account (unless the User Data has been obscured, or de-identified so that it cannot be associated with a particular user, browser or device);

III. The data will be deleted when the User Data is no longer necessary to provide an app experience or service to users;

IV. There will be also da deletion when this is requested by Meta, or when deletion is required by applicable law or regulations.

We delete all User Data, and ensure that all of Service Provider(s) and the Service Providers’ sub-Service Provider(s) delete all user data without undue delay.

d. Opt-out:

You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication.

The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any personal information through the Game.

Because of that we do not knowingly collect personal data about Children. If you believe we have collected personal data about your Child, you may contact us at info@weltfern.com and request that we cease processing data about your Child.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
